Payment options

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where enabled.

Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. PocketFrame does not intentionally store complete card numbers.

Payment confirmation

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully authorised or confirmed. Failed or declined payments do not create a confirmed order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
